About Us
Enabling hospitals everywhere to receive the generic injectable medicines their patients urgently need
Hospitals and pharmacies in America and across the world continue to experience increasing injectable drug shortages due to ever-increasing cost pressures and trade disruptions. The result are difficult decisions as doctors try to find alternative medications for their patients, and overall lower quality of care.
At the Global Pharmacy Reserve, we use the latest Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) filling technology, Vanguard Utility™robotic assembly lines, and a resilient supply chain to provide high-quality compounded sterile liquid medicines to hospitals and pharmacies that urgently need them but cannot reliably procure elsewhere.
Our mission is to ensure every country can reliably procure the high-quality essential medicines their population needs without increasing their budgets — even in times of emergency.

About Blow-Fill-Seal Vials
Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) is a globally trusted advanced aseptic packaging technology for sterile liquids. Every year, billions of BFS units are made and sold in every major market. The most recognizable product are single-use eye drops.
The Global Pharmacy Reserve uses Apiject® BFS technology and Vanguard Utility™ assembly lines to create BFS vials that serve as the primary container for the drug product. These vials are easier to transport, have less chance of breakage, and can reduce the overall cost of the product.
*BFS vials are under development and have not been approved for commercial use.
